NELA holds an Annual Conference to address issues important to the library community. Our conference is held in one of the six New England states (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont) and is held at the end of October, but before Halloween.

Our conference schedule is in development. There will be Exhibit Hall Exclusive hours on both Monday and Tuesday.

  • A non-profit discount on Standard Tables is available. Please contact eventmanager@nelib.org  for a discount code.
  • Electrical - $100
  • Hard-wired Internet - $150
  • Platinum Listing - $1,000 Includes a large company logo and booth number rotated on all screens, featured in print program and conference communications.
  • Gold Listing - $500 Includes a medium company logo and booth number rotated on all screens, featured in print program and conference communications.
  • Silver Listing - $300 Includes a small company logo and booth number rotated on all screens, featured in print program and conference communications.
  • Print Program Advertisement Full Page - $400
  • Print Program Advertisement Half Page - $225
  • All sponsorships are available for a rate of $1000.
    Kick off the conference by sponsoring our opening night reception. All reception sponsors will receive verbal recognition and large logos in program and conference material.
    Sponsor a session track. Each track has one exclusive sponsor. Sponsors receive in-room signage, verbal appreciation prior to each track session, and recognition in program.

NEW COMPANY CONTACTS: If you are a new contact for your company, please use the Company Lookup Form below to join your company. Your request will be sent to the primary contact for approval.
